What we collect

ListSweep is a Shopify app that helps merchants suppress inactive profiles in their own Klaviyo account. To provide the service we store:

• Your shop domain and an API access token issued by Shopify.
• The Klaviyo private API key you provide, plus the id of the one segment the app manages.
• Your audit rules (inactivity window, minimum profile age) and a log of sweeps: date, profile count, estimated saving.

We never store your subscribers' emails, names, or any other Klaviyo profile data. Audits and suppressions run server-side against Klaviyo's API; at most a small on-screen sample of emails is fetched for preview and immediately discarded.

How data is used

Data is used solely to build and refresh your inactive segment, run suppressions you request, and show your sweep history. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

Where data lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (Pages and D1), encrypted at rest. Optional report emails are delivered via Resend.

Deletion

Uninstalling the app deletes all stored data for your shop automatically, including your Klaviyo API key. We honor Shopify's GDPR webhooks; since we hold no Shopify customer data, customer-redaction requests have nothing to remove.
